Contribute

Help me continue to provide “quality” posts [hahahaha]. Contribute whatever you want. Of course, your contributions might depend on how you would define “quality”. But hey, no worries!

It may be about a celebrity, a politician or any famous figure, who you happened to see somewhere doing something interesting, questionable or perhaps, deplorable — especially if it’s deplorable! It could also be about a certain ordinary person who, for some reason, you totally HATE and wish to expose and humiliate in front of the whole blogosphere (e.g. your boss, your office mate, your enemy, your friend, your ex, your spouse, or anyone in your circle for that matter).

If possible, do send pictures or photos of the people you want me to write about. And if it’s not too much, give me their email addresses so that I can send them the link to their article. hahaha

P.S. But of course, it would depend on how you would define “truth”.

But hey, no worries! I’ll make you ANONYMOUS. bwahahahahah

So, send your contributions today to pipitblog@gmail.com. I promise I will make it worth your time. [wink]

I WILL POST YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS UNDER THE “DEAR PIPITBLOG” CATEGORY. So visit PipitBlog regularly to read the latest contributions. Ciao!

Lesbians, Jesus Christ Loves You

Lesbians, Jesus Christ Loves You!

You can experience God’s love and forgiveness!!!

I have always thought that God is a funny guy. He is like the Conan O’Brien of comedy shows up there in heaven. Although I doubt if the angels and the saints have the guts to boo him off the stage or to flash the red light on him for fear of becoming the subject of his wrath. They know that God always has the “last laugh”, so to speak.

Anyway, I still think that God is a clever comic. Everytime I have a serious problem, say money problems, I always ask him for help. Almost always, weeks have already passed…still my plea was unheard. So I fret and I fret and I fret…hoping that Visa wouldn’t notice that my bills are almost due. Come due date, there’s still no sign of help from above. Cheers to another day full of worries and sporadic temper tantrums!

Then at the very last minute, something comes up! Hakuna Matata…money in my hands! Then I allow myself to sigh and say, “God, I know you are a good God and a loving God. But sometimes, your sense of humor fails to amuse me.”

Yesterday, I discovered that God is not only a comedian but he has also become a hacker. He must have taken lessons from famous hackers like Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, the founders of Apple Computers. If you don’t believe me, how can you explain God’s hacking into the systems of Google Adwords just to tell me that “he knows” about my being a lesbian, huh?!

How odd is that?! It’s like he was telling me to REPENT, REPENT, REPENT! Now, I am convinced that God is really everywhere. He even reads blogs, for Christ’s sake! So, the next time you blog about your homosexual proclivities, remember…

Someone is watching over you!

Movie Review: Banal

Banal” starring Christopher de Leon, Paolo Contis and Alfred Vargas

banal

Banal, one of the movies in the Metro Manila Film Festival 2007, is probably the most controversial one. Originally given an X-rating by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) for being an anti-church flick, Banal caught the attention of many movie critics and viewers.

And I can’t understand why…

…why nobody can’t openly criticize Christopher de Leon’s performance and say to his face, “YOU SUCKED!”

….why Cass was included in the cast.

…why Paolo Contis even accepted this movie…didn’t he realize that taking part in it is quite demoralizing, given all the talent he has?

…why the plot seemed to have a lot of utterly nonessential sequences…FOR GOD’S SAKE, DO NOT STRETCH THE MOVIE ANY LONGER!

…why the dialogues are so 1970s…one could almost see the actors flinching in disgust as they blurt out the corny lines.

…why the “assassination plan” against the Pope was so outrageous, one would think it was concocted by Beavis and Butthead.

…why Cesar Apolinario won as Best Director…I honestly don’t know.

…why this is the Best Story…I don’t wish to figure out why.

…AND why I even wasted 1 hour and 54 minutes of my precious time waiting for what’s supposedly so “censurable” about the plot. Unfortunately…it came at the ending.

And I realized I was duped.
